At Viridian Detailing, we understand the importance of keeping you on the road, which is why we are pleased to offer a complimentary courtesy car service to eligible customers. Our courtesy cars are provided at no additional cost, allowing you to continue your daily activities with minimal disruption while your vehicle is being detailed and/or ceramic coated.

Vehicle Description and Features:
Our courtesy car is meticulously maintained to provide reliable transportation and peace of mind.

Insurance Coverage:
Rest assured that our courtesy cars are fully insured for those 30 years or older, providing comprehensive coverage for your protection. Whether you're running errands around town or embarking on a longer journey, you can drive with confidence knowing that you're covered against unforeseen events. Customers are responsible for any deductibles or excesses applicable to insurance claims.

Age Requirements:
Customers must be over 30 years old to be eligible to use the courtesy car under our insurance policy. Customers under the age of 30 may still use the courtesy car; however, they will be personally responsible for any damages, accidents, or theft occurring during their use and will be required to pay for such incidents in full.

Return Process:
When your service appointment is complete, simply return the courtesy car to us with a full tank of 95 or 98 unleaded fuel. We appreciate your cooperation in returning the vehicle in the same condition as when it was received, barring normal wear and tear.

Usage Guidelines:
To ensure the responsible use of our courtesy cars, we ask that customers adhere to any usage limitations. 

Toll, Parking, and Road-Related Penalties:
Customers are responsible for any tolls, parking fees, traffic fines, or other road-related penalties incurred during their use of the courtesy car.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any tolls or parking fees accrued while using the courtesy car. Failure to pay these fees may result in additional charges.

Customers are also responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the use of the courtesy car, including but not limited to speeding tickets, red light violations, and parking penalties.

Viridian Detailing reserves the right to invoice or pursue other means of payment to recover any outstanding tolls, parking fees, or road-related penalties associated with the courtesy car use.

Driver's Licence Information:
As part of the courtesy car reservation process, Viridian Detailing reserves the right to obtain a photo of the back and front of the customer's driver's licence for identification and verification purposes.

The customer's driver's licence information will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of verifying the customer's identity and eligibility to use the courtesy car.

By accepting the courtesy car, customers consent to the collection and storage of their driver's licence information by Viridian Detailing.

Emergency Assistance:
In the event of an emergency or roadside assistance needs, please refer to the contact information provided. Our team is here to support you every step of the way, ensuring a hassle-free experience with our courtesy car service.

Agreement and Liability Waiver:
Before taking possession of the courtesy car, customers will be required to sign this written agreement acknowledging the terms and conditions of use. By accepting the courtesy car, customers agree to release Viridian Detailing and Aaron Lam from any liability for accidents, damages, or injuries.

Dash Cam and GPS Monitoring:
For the safety and security of our customers, a dash cam and GPS monitoring system have been installed.

The dash cam records video footage of the vehicle's surroundings. This footage may be used for insurance claims processing or by the police. The GPS monitoring system tracks the location, and route of the courtesy car to provide assistance in case of emergencies or incidents.

Customers are required to respect the privacy and security of the dash cam and GPS monitoring system. Tampering with or disabling these systems is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the courtesy car service and/or additional charges.

By accepting the courtesy car, customers acknowledge and consent to the use of the dash cam and GPS monitoring system for the purposes outlined above.

Usage Limitations:
The vehicle is not to be used for towing, off-roading or for trade/business use. 

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the courtesy car for the enjoyment of other customers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle remains smoke-free during their use. Any evidence of smoking in the vehicle may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets:
Pets are welcome in the courtesy car! Customers are required to transport pets in appropriate carriers or restraints to prevent damage to the courtesy car's interior. Any pet-related damages or excessive cleaning required due to pet hair or stains may result in additional charges.

Termination of Agreement:
Viridian Detailing reserves the right to terminate the courtesy car agreement at any time, without prior notice, in the event of misuse, violation of the terms and conditions, or any other breach of agreement by the customer.
