- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion.

- In cases where a return or refund is requested due to service quality or defects, we may conduct an inspection of the vehicle or bicycle to assess the reported issues.
- The inspection will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and will involve a physical examination of the vehicle or bicycle.

- Upon completion of the inspection, we will determine the eligibility of the refund based on the findings.
- If the service is found to be substandard or defective, a refund may be issued in full or partial depending on the extent of the issue.

- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

- Certain items such as consumables used during the detailing process or any additional products purchased separately are non-refundable.

- Cancellation of service appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
